Parents want primary school teachers sacked for Facebook photos

Sorry for the Daily Mail link. I think this is awful. Poor teachers, its not like they're doing anything illegal. The photos don't actually seem bad from what's on the link. I've got worse on my FB profile.

Yes they probably should have had their profiles on private but primary school kids aren't allowed on FB so wouldn't have seen them. And the parents shouldn't be so bloody stalkerish.

Why was a parent stalking teachers' facebook in the first place? None of them have done anything wrong, wanting them sacked for being normal people is ridiculous. People need to get a life.

Jesus, how ridiculous.

When I was at secondary school (pre Facebook) my mum was at a house party and saw my drama teacher there bouncing on a bed in a sexy nurses outfit smoking a joint. She raised an eyebrow slightly but got over it as it was outside school and when it came to her teaching, she was brilliant!

Maybe it's a wormhole thingie. Not sure how it works but it's something to do with time travel. Must be because old threads have that zombie alert thing.

On the subject I have to admit to being a nosey soul and I looked up my ds1's teacher on FB when I discovered her name. I was suprised to discover she had her account open. There were photos of her drinking, though none of her boozing with either my son nor his classmates (which is good because they are 11 and 12) so I was ok with it all.
