I have taught a child who bragged to me that his father would free live frogs in liquid nitogen and then throw them on the floor and watch them shatter into little pieces.

Which begs some questions.

That is truly horrendous, the sentences for animal cruelty should also be stronger as the people who can do something like this to a poor pup are beyond evil.

Its a dalmation hanging from a tree. Its back feet are just touching the ground.... it probably took hours to choke to death.

People like this deserve to be locked up for a long, long time. Why? B/c numerous studies have shown a direct correlation between animal cruelty and violence against vulnerable human beings, including children.

This is why very strict penalties for animal cruelty are vital.

If someone gets pleasure out of this they could easily derive pleasure out of murdering another being equally as helpless.

Let's hope whoever did this is routed out asap!

That's sick! really is. I'm convinced that people who get pleasure out of animal cruelty are not far from be intensively cruel to people around them.

Talking about this things, I believe somebody mentioned long time ago in one of the threads (either here on in another site) about her rabbit being stolen after she complained about the neighbours, and then she started finding a piece of the rabbit at a time at her doorstep .

I'm glad that this is one of the few countries were animal cruelty is taken seriously and punished.

I don't feel it's punished strongly enough. Or taken seriously enough.

It should be a felony.

I had once took a kitten from the hands of some kids who had placed a long chain around it's neck and were spinning it around.

A felony is a category of crime, above a misdemenor.

I didn't realise this would be a photo - probably rather naive of me. Would it be possible if this sort of stuff is posted to say "very disturbing photo" in the thread title. Someone very close to me hanged themselves.

Just wasn't prepared for quite how graphic it would be.

Sorry, not trying to be a PITA - this kind of appalling cruelty does need to be brought to public attention.
