I just heard Manuel Fernandez being interviewed on the radio - his sister was murdered by her ex-partner despite repeatedly calling the police to report incidents of DV. He has also pressed for an IPCC report into her death which is due to be released today.
I really hope this does something to raise the profile of DV which is woefully under-reported and poorly investigated.
