I once saw on a billboard in Wales "Man arrested for stealing his own coat".

PILs get the Yorkshire Post. I remember them telling us of one story in their - of wheelie bins being blown over in Crookes - which is a suburb of Sheffield. Seemed such a bizarre non news event to write about!

It ticked all the boxes for parochial non-news!
