child benefit

this is supposed to be a child benefit not a parent benefit.

What next, will we have to pay directly for our children at state school and pay for child prescriptions and hospital costs because some children are thought to have rich parents?

As a nation we should give all our children the best we can.

Not sure this is deserving of yet another thread but it was originally paid to the mother to provide directly for the child but yes I think there will be more indirect taxation of children (vat on clothes and shoes perhaps)
