Advice welcome about sinks and drainers!!!

We are having our kitchen refurbished.

I've been looking at sinks today and I saw one combination which comprises an undermounted sink, an undermounted middle-drainer and an undermounted side-drainer.

I really like the idea of having an undermounted side-drainer but they seem to be fairly rare (or even non-existent): most side-drainers either comprise a few grooves (for example if the worktop of choice is quartz or granite) or else they are traditional side-drainers, in that they are a continuum of the sink and mid-drainer (which is what we have now, in stainless steel).

So...does anybody here have an undermounted side-drainer? Are they good? Better than the traditional sink-drainer continuum?
