Cleaning slate floor tiles, help needed

Hi, we have slate floor tiles in our shower room. I find them really difficult to clean and have slight white shampoo/soap stains that I cannot remove, anyone know what would work? thanks

Wickes do some porous tile cleaner, which sounds like yours are if you haven't sealed them. Then, if I was you I would seal them with a couple of coats of tile sealant-specific for slate or natural tiles and they should not mark again. I sealed my slate kitchen floor tiles and they do not mark. HTH.
