Has anyone got the Brabantia Wall Fix?

Brabantia Wallfix

How easy is it to attach to the wall? Our back wall is bricks, would that work? DH & I are not DIY people but this looks like it would be perfect for our garden size. But if it's a huge faff we'll skip it.

Any thoughts?

yes you should be able to drill into the brickwork easily enough with the right drill/drillbit!

We've got one - it's in the loft because we didn't manage to fix it up. Despite all the positive reviews on amazon saying how easy it is to put up, we found it extremely difficult. The position of the holes on the fixing plate didn't fit with the pattern of bricks on our back wall (too close to the edge of the brick to drill without shattering the brick). Ended up have to replace damaged bricks and abandon the wallfix. Could just be us, but I would say buy with caution!

hmmmm summerof76 our loft is littered with failed house-improvement products. Perhaps this is not the airer for us.

could you not attach a batton of wood to the wall then screw the airer to that.
I've seen the adverts for this and thought it would be no good because my back wall doesn't get the sun and there are too many windows and doors.
