The ultimate cheese grater?

I seem to be forever grating cheese and I hate it. I have a dream that there is a tool/gadget that will make the job easier. I am sick of naerly grating my knuckles, or getting cheese everywhere, or of chuns of cheese not getting grated when I use the food processor attachment.
I realise it is a very minor irritation, but has anyone found anything that works?

I really like one we got from Ikea - graty bit is on top and goes into a tupperware box base. Doesn't help with the knuckle situation though - sure I have seen one on QVC that addresses this though..

Buy grated cheese?

Thanks, I have tried the Ikea one, and have even trialled grated cheese (DC love it, DH hates it and says it tastes like chalk). I don't even like cheese!

My friend had a neat grater, the cheese went in a little compartment and there was a handle that you turned which grated the cheese. I think it was made by Moulinex.

Microplane NB comments about cracking plastic refer to the old models which had a plastic frame round them whereas current ones have metal frame.
Buy from John Lewis or Lakeland.

Mine was MUCH cheaper, but like this

Actually this one is brilliant Amazon one and I might have to buy it and replace my current one

I think a rotary one might be the way to go...
