Panic!!! Ink cartridge exploded all over cream sofa and curtains!!! Help!

Ds has managed to burst a Waterman ink cartridge - looks like arterial spray all over my beautiful cream brocade curtains and less beautiful cream sofa. It just exploded apparently.

Dh has managed to get it off the (cream) walls but I'm terrified to touch curtains as when I tried Vanish on sofa it smeared blue everywhere.

What is the safest bet?

Your house contents insurance might cover this...

Thanks PurpleRayne - hoping it won't come to that. Feeling slightly less panicked - doused sofa covers and cushion cover in Vanish upholstery foam and though it smeared everywhere when I tried madly scrubbing dabbing it off I added some stain devil for ink and bunged in machine. They have come out pristine!!

Think for curtains I may entrust to dry cleaner. Will cost a fortune as they are massive... Hope they have the results I've had with the other bits.
