So do I REALLY need non-bio for this?

DS peed the bed. It's a cotbed mattress with a zip-off cover. It says not to use biological agents on it. I only have bio washing powder.

BUT I have soda crystals. I'm thinking sling it in the wahsing machine with a scoop of them.

Whaddya think?

You lucky buggers are all outside skipping around in the sunshine, right?

I would go to the shop and buy some non-bio.

Soda crystals aren't actually washing powder, are they, so I can't see them really getting the cover clean. Aren't they just used for water softening?

Aha, thank you!

I use them for drain unblocking mostly ... our water doesn't need softened.

Bollocks, I shall have to go and get some. Baby coming soon so I guess I should get some non-bio anyway - was kind of hoping my first act of NSCishness would be to wash the baby clothes in biological!
