This is an obscure one - sewing machine question

I've just blunted the upper knife on my Singer overlock machine by jamming a pin in it. It's now refusing to cut fabric and jamming up.

A new knife will cost about £22 which I'm reluctant to spend if it's possible to have the old one sharpened for less - I don't use the machine very much.

Does anyone happen to know of a company that I could send the knife to and have it sharpened?

There don't seem to be any Singer shops in this area any more that I could just go in and ask.

Hello
SOrry to hear about this - how annoying
There may be a singer helpline maybe - try the arts/crafts boards they may know more.

Try tool sharpening companies. Usually in industrial units out of town. So much cheaper!
