Best mop for multi surfaces

I have tile and laminate floors.

Can anybody shove me in the right direction .

we have this

now we have only laminate but in the previous flat we had laminate, tiles and pvc. works well.

Ooh a mop thread. I have that JML micro fibre twisty mop thingy and that is good, but I still get streaks on my black tiles.

i have tried so many mops over the years and i always end up going back to the good old fasioned string type mop.
