Neff Ovens and Unreliable Temperatures - help!

I have just got two new Neff ovens both with fan operations (Neff's Circotherm) and am really struggling to cook successfully with them. Firstly, things are not cooking in the time they should even though I am cooking them at the fan temperature setting given in recipes and on the packet. Secondly, this has led me to measure the temperature reached (according to the oven indicator) with two different thermometers, The temperature I am measuring inside the oven in both ovens is around 20 degrees C. LOWER then the temperature claimed to be reached on the oven inidicator...! This explains why things are not cooking as expected.

Does any other Neff oven user have this problem? It seems too much of a co-incidence that I am getting low temperatures in BOTH my ovens. Do people with Neff ovens ADD 20 degrees to their recipe temperatures to cook things thoroughly?! Seems a bit silly if we have to do that...Any feedback would be welcome

Hi, we also have two Neff ovens. On the basic fan setting, I've found it better to go with the non-fan temperature in recipes. I'm afraid I haven't figured out how to get the best from the circo roast, and intensive ones yet. Everything seems to work out perfectly if you go with the non fan temp on the basic setting though. Good luck. Hope you get some more replies!
