I recently bought a new iron. The sole is not metalic but ceramic. A few days ago I used it too hot on some school trousers and half of the trousers are still on the sole.
Does anyone know how I can clean it? it is now staining everything else I iron. I have tried scourers with several cleaning products(not metalic ones or Brillo pads)and it has not done anything. should I go for the Brillo pads or will it finish off my iron?
