Picnic ideas for 6 adults and 6 kids

I have to prepare a picnic lunch for 6 adults and 6 kids age 1-3. I am useless at this kind of thing so wandered if anyone has any ideas of things that would go down well for all.

how about houmous / cream cheese and things like cucumber / carrot / pepper sticks to dip?

sausage rolls?

sandwiches / mini rolls with varius fillings... or take a pack of rolls / tub of egg mayo / block of cheese / some ham and a pack of salad and let people assemble their own?

strawberries / grapes

maybe do a carrot cake traybake and remember a knife?

babybels for the kids (come in packs of 6 in think)

Felafels and dip, samosas, big potato salad , crusty bread cheeses.
