what do I need to use on a stripped pine table to protect it from fingermarks etc ?

Some sort of wax ? We bought it secondhand , its an old stripped pine farmhouse table. We have had it for about 6 months now , and every finger mark is starting to show , even a few crumbs leaves a greasy mark. What do you clean yours with , and what do I use to sort of seal it ?

You could mix your own: try a little lemon juice (to cut through grease) mixed with linseed oil. Rub very hard.
