We moved recently and our toilet really smells of wee, i have cleaned it with bleach, antibacterial and some lemon stuff but it still stinks. How can i get the smell to go away?

Also our white sofa covers are looking dirty (dd's 2& 4) can i use something like ace bleach on them?

With the toilet it may just be that the enamel has worn off so it absorbs the smells IYSWIM?

No idea about sofa covers what fabric are they made of? What have you tried on them so far?

Replace toilet seat and fixings...what is the floor covering surrounding the loo? It may be that.

I'd get loose covers dry cleaned if you can

replaced toilet seat and flooring when we moved in so its not that, i stuck my head in there and its deff the loo. Maybe it would be easier to get a new one.

I dont know what they are made of i normally just stick them in the wash but the stains are just not coming out, i'll try ace bleach and hope for the best.lol

I would try vanish soap bar and cold water then stick in the washing machine.

Try to soak them in coolish water with a stain remover before you wash them, hot water will actually just fix the stains in the fabric and make them impossible to shift.

I'm also a fan of vanish soap for difficult to clean things, but DH (who actually does most of the laundry in our house) uses the ecover stain remover and claims it is just as good if left on to soak in a bucket of cold water for an hour or two, and he has managed to get a fair few of my white tablecloths back to white again so it must work!

Check it's compatible with your fabric first though
