Wee leak (from nappy) in bed, do you wash the waterproof sheet?

As the title says I'm not sure if I should wash the waterproof undersheet whenever DS's nappy leaks. It's a cheapo Tesco undersheet and due to it's waterproof nature is a PITA to dry and keeps all the other washing in with it really wet.

It doesn't seem wet to touch so I'm not sure if the wee has actually got to it although it's hard to tell. It seems to smell Ok too but then fresh wee doesn't really smell does it. I need one of thse criminology stain sensing lights!

I'd give it a rinse and hang up to dry. Wee doesn't smell at first. Stale wee honks!

It pays to have a spare in case it's not dry by bedtime!

I'd wash it.

Wash it separately on 60 if you can. Spin as much as poss. Dry it on radiator. Buy a spare.

Thanks all, it's in a separate wash now and hopefully I'll be able to hang it outside. Yes I shall be getting a spare!
