Do you stand it in a sink of hot water for 5 minutes before you try to turn it out? I remember my mum doing that! Although all my attempts at turning jelly out of the mould so far have been crap !

Give it a go with two packs of jelly - I have a mould that holds 1.5 pints and I need three packs!!!

Also, those oil sprayers are quite good for getting a very thin even layer of oil, but don't use the ones that have alcohol in as they taster disgusting. That or bit of oil on kitchen roll wiped round does the trick.

Our pink pig mould takes exactly one pack made up per the instructions. No oil or anything, run hot water over the mould once it has set in the fridge, run a knife around the top of the rim, and if you put a plate over it and flip the whole thing upside down, bob's your uncle!
