Is the carpet doomed?

About a quarter of a bottle all over the bedroom floor thanks to dd1 and dd2

Does anyone have any suggestions please?

Some suggestions here including talc or rolling around nekkid in it. It sticks to your skin apparently.

Love the rolling round naked suggestion... maybe get the DDs to do it as punishemnt

I have a good mind to roll them both round in it but fear they would think it is a new game!

Talc or cat litter would blot up most of it. Carefully wash the area with a sponge just dampened with washing up liquid. Put a towel down and 'stamp' the area dry.

Havent got talc or cat litter - aaaargh!

I am scared that if I go dabbing it it will make it worse!

I am going to go and enquire about an off cut - the room isnt so big and the carpet has been down for 10 years!
