Wasn't sure where to post this query..I wonder if any of you can help? I run my own small business from home and need some extra help. It's very basic, straightforward work and I think it would suit a teenager looking for some extra cash after school or at weekends. I just don't knjow what the going rate is and how much I should offer? My hourly rate isn't sky high so I can't afford much but want to be fair. It would be really helpful if you could give me an idea of a fair hourly rate to pay a sixteen/seventeen year old.
