scratches on new tv screen

ds has taken a piece of wire from his flower windmill thing to the tv. we only bouht it at xmas and the scratches are all over it. is there anything i can do to make it look less scratchy?

What kind of screen is it?

We got a scratch on our brand new plasma last year, thanks to DS2 doing his darth vader impression with a light sabre

We claimed on the insurance and had the screen replaced.

lcd screen. i havent touched yet incase i do any damage.
