An easy bake/non-bake Mascarpone cheesecake?

Anyone have any good recipes?

I don't use a recipe - I make it up as I go along, but its something along the lines of (for the topping)

1/4 tub mascarpone per person
100ml of whipping cream per person (200ml if I'm doing chocolate)
icing sugar to taste.

Lightly beat the mascarpone, and add flavouring including icing sugar. Whip cream separately and fold in gently to mascarpone mix.

For flavour I use a 100g bar of melted green and blacks choccy (maya gold works wonderfully) or the rind and juice of a large lemon for about 4 -6 people.

Base is just crushed digestives, butter and syrup or honey (I make that up as I go along too) and sometimes melted chocolate
