i am thinking of getting one off ebay, but am very wary of it getting broken on the post, or being too difficult to put up when it gets here. does any one have one already who can tell me what they are like?

Whilst my DTs would LOVE a bed like that at the moment, there is NO WAY I would ever buy one. Not only are they (IMO) absolutely repulsive, the girls would only love them until their Princess phase is over (I'm giving it another 6 months max) then we'd have to buy a whole new bed.

I wouldn't want to have to clean puke off the inside of that thing when then next tummy bug comes along.

i have already bought her a mid sleeper bed which has a pink tunnel type thing which clips on to the frame, with a mattress that cost £565, so i didnt think the princess bed was too out of the way for something like that. she is 4 and dont see the princess theme going away any time soon

anyway i have decided to stick with the one i have bought, i would feel bad for cancelling the order of the bed i have bought, plus dont want the hassle of having to re package and return if there was something wrong with the princess bed. i have looked briefly through the feedback of the seller and cant see anyone else who has bought one to see what feedback they left.

the main reason i wanted it was to try and keep her in her bed at night, she has been in the habit of coming into our bed for the last 2-3 years. we are moving into a new house in a couple of weeks and wanted to make her bedroom so lovely she would feel safe and secure in it, i thought this bed might just jolt her out of the habit. (fingers corssed the move does break the habit as this cabin bed has a ladder to get in and out of it which she might not be able to do in the dark)
