So... I washed my winter jumper, it's a wool/alpaca/acrylic mix, very thick. And I must have done it too hot, because it came out moulting! The shape is ok. Doesn't seem to have shrunk. But there are long bits of fluff coming off in handfuls. I hung it out on the line and it's virtually dry. I've run my hands over and got off all the excess possible, but it's still moulting! It's now in a plastic bag in my kitchen. What do I do?
