vomited on cream bedroom carpet after having eaten tinned spaghetti (bright orange) for dinner.

Before we were aware she was ill.

Nothing is shifting it, help?

Hi there sorry to hear your LO is poorly. Sorry if this makes you paranoid but I have read that you need to use bleach to kill Norovirus- I realise that its not an option on your carpet but it may be worth keeping rest of family off that spot.

mrsflux · 08/04/2010 18:36

There's only so much you can bleach though. Much better to be hand washing like there's no tomorrow IMO.
We didn't bleach anything last time ds had d&v which was suspected norro. We survived without passing it on.

good luck - leave it on for a bit so the enzymes can work, not got much to lose with an orange stain.
