Oh wise MNetters, I need your help! I foolishly left a slab of very loosely wrapped brie in the fridge rather longer than I should've, and it STUNK the place out.

I've since eaten it thrown it away, and got rid of any old milk that was in there at the same time, but the fridge still honks bad. Top tips for getting rid of the smell, as there's nothing to actually clean to get rid of it??

I keep an open packet of bicarbonate of soda in my fridge to stop smells, which seems to work.

Yesterday I was reading a tip in an old Good Housekeeping magazine that said that you can sprinkle a teaspoon of bicarb on half a lemon and put that in the fridge to get rid of bad smells. Haven't tried it though so not sure if it works!
