Rangemaster toledo oven..question.

Does anyone have one of these? If so do you find it burns everything? Or perhaps it's just my cooking!! The main oven seems to cook food SO quickly and if I'm not quick enough it burns the food! Grrr!

I have a rangemaster toledo 90 - duel fuel, gas hob and electric ovens.

My old oven was useless and I had to double any cooking time and up the temperature. With the rangemaster everything cooks at recipe book timing (which took a bit of getting used to). I always follow the fan oven times and settings so lower than conventional oven.

I've got the toledo 110, nightmare to clean, I do like it, but just can't seem to get used to it. Perhaps I am not following the fan oven times and need to lower the temp when cooking.x

You definitely need to have an eye on the fan oven times. I have the toledo 90 and, if anything, I find the big oven quite slow - when I'm baking I use the fan times/temps but usually have to give it a few more minutes. The small (vertical) oven is spot-on but obviously won't fit regular baking trays in.

Yes, I find the other oven very slow too, it's supposed to be great for baking, something I don't do much of!
