What the hell is this stain and how do I get rid of it?!

OK, I know what caused it, it was DD's new bike, but I can't work out how it caused it.

The stain is in the hall on the lino, it's browny greeny in colour and is in the shape of tyre marks.

Is it some sort of grease stain? Is it a grass stain? Is it rubber marks from the tyres?

I have tried bleach, cilit bang, WD40, all sorts of things but it aint shifting.

Please help me.....
