ive checked everything (ive literally had it apart) and the water IS coming out but its not spinning around. My top DW shelf cutlery isnt getting washed properly anymore but the bottom shelf is fine.

is the arm knackered or is it loose??

thanks

It may have got something caught around it or be partly blocked so the water isn't going through evenly( I think it is the force of this that makes it revolve). You should be able to remove the arms easily - with ours you turn and pull firmly. Previous model had a sort of plastic catch you had to release.

ive done all that but i have noticed on the arm it had been rubbed on underneath the shelf as its a mark but ive had the DW for 2 yrs now and its only the last couple of weeks its not working properly . i even turned it off on the switch on and off button when i can hear the water jetting through, to see if the arm is spinning but its not.

ive just checked it again ive also noticed that the arm is slightly abit tilted, only a fraction.

When we had this problem it turned out some of the holes in the arm where the water spurts out were blocked with lemon pips, worth a check maybe...

ill give it a go again as checked the holes and its all clear. That DW had got a mind of it own!

ive checked it and i think its broke! as the water is pouring out of all holes.
