Roman blind with mildew on

One of the roman blinds in ds's play room as got spots of mildew along the bottom.

I think it has come from condensation in the mornings off the window,the blind is cotton.

What could i use to try to clear it up?

Something natural preferably please,thanks.

please throw it out, mildew can cause asthma and eczema

I was thinking as much,i will take it down & bin it,thanks.
