Stupid question - how do I know if I have the plumbing for a dishwasher?

I just moved into my great new house. There is a utility type room just outside the kitchen with a washing machine and dryer. I want to install a dishwasher out there - it would be placed right next to the washing machine and just around the corner from the kitchen sink in the kitchen (there is no place for it in the kitchen, it's a galley). I don't think there are any pipes or anything specifically for a dishwasher, no one in this house has ever had one before, but I assume since there is a washing machine there that there must be plumbing etc. How do I manage it if I buy one from Comet? Thanks!

Get a plumber in to have a look .
Comet may be able to install the DWr for you, or the plumber could come back and do it for you if you're really unsure.

You can use the same plumbing as the washing machine. You get a Y shaped splitter to put onto the washing machine water supply and then attach each water supply tube to that and stuff both waste water hoses down the same pipe. Eh volia both are plumbed in.
