Superglue on worktop

Any ideas for getting superglue off a kitchen worktop? Don't ask how it got there! Have tried hot water and all the cleaning products I have but no luck.
Thanks

whats the work top made of? Can you scrape it off with a glass scraper

some superglues come with a remover liquid as well.

think they're aimed for people like me who always get it stuck on their fingers

don't know if these only work if they're the same brand though and off hand can't think where i would have bought this from.

I have used nail varnish remover and it worked! Poured it on, waited a few minutes for it to do it's job and then scrapped it off with a wallpaper scraper but i suppose you could use a knife gently?
It was on my bench a year before i tried that.

That's also a good tip if you glue your fingers together/to something, they'll come right apart and no trip to the Drs involved.
