Any steam cleaner recommendations?

I am lost! I think I would benefit from a steam cleaner but am lost in the selection on offer and the varying price of them.

I would like one I can:
clean tiles with
freshen up curtains with
clean the floor with
clean the windows
clean the oven

is there one that can do all that for not a ridiculous amount of money?

Me too - I came on here to ask the very same question.
I've been told that the Karcher one is good - but it is certainly at the top end of the price range as far as I can tell!
