Washing question- grey bras?

Is this a stupid question. Is it possible to restore underwear gone that nasty chewing gum colour to their previous lovely snowy White colour? Is there something I can buy that will do this?

Vanish Crystal White bleaches my DC's polo shirts white.

soak them in a mix of bleach and water in sink for few hours

My friend says hanging bras out on the line makes them turn grey and always dries them inside...I have no idea if this is true, but I must admit my bras stay white and I dry my laundry inside.

Vanish works for me...

It's true about drying white nylon type fabric outside - the sun bleaches the washing.

Its a bit late now I know but... only wash white with white.
