Steam iron recommendations

Please can anyone recommend a good steam iron for me, I am sick of mine not taking out the creases, would a heavy one be better? I have tried researching on the net and it is all too overwhelming. I got a cheap one before and don't mind spending a bit more but don't know what would be a reasonable price.

Thanks x

What do you have now?

I have my eye on this one

Thanks for replying - that looks great, very flash but sadly a bit out of price range. I've got a breville super steam (or something like that - it's pink!) I doubt it cost more than £20 as I needed one in a hurry when my previous packed up. I suppose I can't really spend more than £100 at the absolute most, but really want one the has good steam, gets hot and is easy to move without still leaving creases. I do everything on the highest setting at the moment which kind of summs up how crap it is!

Morphy Richards 40713 Comfi-Grip Digital Iron, heavy base, gets the creases out easily, not too expensive.

I have a free trial on which at the mo, so just had a quick peek for you at their top rated.

Bosch TDA8337GB Sensixx Comfort Power

Comes out top in their tests at 86% I ignored the steam generator ones which are much more expensive

On a personal note, I've just upgraded to a steam generator and don't think I could look back - fantastic - but £££££

thanks very much - I shall look into them both xx
