how to get gloss paint out of clothes

Can anyone help?
My DH has just got some gloss paint on his suit. Not a lot, but enough to notice. Does anyone know how to get it out.

cut it off and sew a snazzy patch on it?

turps will remove it from some fabrics... Dab on an old towel and rub...

Well it worked on my Winter coat when I was a kid - saved me from a huge bollocking from my mother - she never worked out why I smelt so strange.

Thanks - turps has done the trick. Although a patch would have made him stand out from the crowd.
