I had never heard of flylady until it was mentioned on another thread yesterday, but I think it is just what I need to get into a routine and sort out my life.
I have no oranisation skills, everything is done at the last miniute. My mum is exactly the same and Im shamed to say we lived in virtual squallor growing up. To my mums defence, she worked full time, did a lot of work for the community as well as trying to keep house.
My home is not nearly as messy as when I was at home, but still things tend to mount up and I feel Im letting the DCs down by not helping them to get into a routine.
So I have signed up, cleaned my sink, even gave the cupboard under the sink a really good sort out. I know Flylady says just build it up slowly but I really want this to work and find that the information on the website is all over the place.
So come on ladies, can anybody inspire me to have a house Kim and Aggie would be proud of. More so, one where the DCs pick up after themselves
