using eco balls in wm

hello,

I am using ecoballs in my washing machine and they are great at cleaning clothes, but I do miss a lovely smell.

Does any one use these and if so can you add lavender oil or something else to the wash for nice smell?? If you do can you add it to where you normally put fabric conditioner or powder in?

I use these and have been adding Tea Tree oil you just add it where you would normally put the fabric conditioner in.

Saying that I've been doing this for about 18 months and the washing machine is starting to smell a bit so am starting to put through one hot wash a month and trying to get the smell away.

Lavender would be good for sheets as it would help you sleep. Just put in as many drops as you want for smell.
