poor Henry(i always say hoover i know it s a vacum and not a hoover) is just about on his last legs after a long and hard life. I quite fancy a Hetty Next i like her Pink colour. Is she just as good as Henry?

Yes, I think she's identical. I have a Hetty and she's fantastic!

They are the same thing, different colour.

It's Edward and JAmes that are different I think. Or are they just different colours too?

onlyjoinedforoffers · 08/02/2010 19:03

it sounds like a Thomas the Tank Engine lineup

Is Henry / Hetty really good then? I always suspected they were a bit gimmicky, but I'm getting tired of putting my back out pulling my upright VAX up the stairs.

Henry/ hetty are great. our is still going strong and looking good after 13 years.

We have an ancient Henry. He is fab. I am starting to despise him for being so good and not breaking down as I want a Hetty.
As far as I know the only difference between Henry and Hetty is the colour.
But Edward adn James are different. Different suction power and I think one can do wet-hoovering...

do you know, until I got Googling, I really thought that hippipotami's last post was a Thomas the Tank Engine themed joke!

My floors are 50:50 carpet and laminate, we have one cat and three children. Which level of Henry do you suppose I would need?

I really don't know which one of Henry's friends (or even Henry himself) you would need - am no expert...

My only gripe with my Henry is he falls over a lot....
