Are nursery wall stickers really removable?

I am loving some of wall stickers I am seeing around for kids rooms. Would love to get some, but am dubious of the "easily removable" claim. I am in a rented property so don't want problems getting them off. Are they any good?

ds' cousin had some thomas ones, they were a pain to remove until i think they used the hari dryer to soften them and then they were easy. But this was a good few years back cous is about 10 and they might have improved / got better instructions/ added do not throw to instructions to help.

Well.......it took DS2 about 10 minutes to peel them off from the wall.

Grr.

lol... i knew it would be one or the other ... either impossible to remove or far to easy to remove! Might have to give them a miss.

We've got some that have been on for 6 years now, and they still peel off easily, this is off emulsion paint, the paint peels if you try and get old blu-tack off it, so I am quite impressed that it doesn't with the stickers.

Yes in my experience of trying desperately to decorate chipwood magnolia wallpaper in every married quarter we have lived in, I have found the removable wall sticker come of easily and do not leave a mark!
