How do you get the fluff/dust out of radiators?

I've never given this a moment's thought before but am currently obsessed with the shite that's in the innards of a radiator.

I have a feather duster thing I can sort of partially poke down, but that's not working. I can't hoover it up, or down. I can just see great big grey balls of dusty stuff in there. Poking chopsticks down dislodges some, but not all and we're talking a big long radiator here. Any ideas?

Damp sock over a ruler secured with an elastic band

You need one of these

The small one fits inside the radiator slats and cleans inside brilliantly. Have your hoover nozzle poised underneath ready to suck up what comes out.
