Does anyoe please have a recipe for homemade bread? I have googled but all the recipes I have found are asking for milk and I haven't got any dairy free milk at the moment.

Any help greatly appreciated.

I make a loaf using the Dove's Farm gluten free bread mix. It does call for milk, so I use soya for my mum but why don't you use that mix and substitute with rice milk?

The loaf comes out OK, still looks quite yuk when compared to a wheat loaf but mum says the loaves I make are sooooo much nicer then supermarket pre-made gluten-free loaves.

I can't get down town to get any alternative milk as I have a poorly boy in bed. I have normal and oat milk at home so that is both of those out.

Have run out of Genius bread. Have the Doves Farm Bread Flour and all the ingredients but need a recipe that doesn't call for milk.

BTW Rice Milk is no longer recommended for under 5's as it has been found to have low levels of arsenic in it.

Thanks very much anyway.
