Silicon cake tins - what am I doing wrong ?

Got some new silicon cake tins. Have lost the instructions ! have found that when I bake in them, the cake sticks to them when I try and get it out. I have tried oiling them but to no avail. Do I need to wait until the cake has cooled before taking it out, do I need to run round the edge with a pallette knife before taking them out or just oil more thoroughly ??

I had this problem as well so I would be interested in suggestions. I was using the cupcake and muffin ones. Didn't try oil though.

def wait until it has cooled!

i've never oiled mine, but i do find if the cake is still warm it sticks slightly and then breaks up
