Would anyone know of anywhere that I can get some zippers replaced in a handbag or three?
I live near Richmond and no one seems to know of anyone. Thanks

have you tried your drycleaners - they've done similar things for me. Make sure it's one with a sewing person on site - then you can talk to the person

Timpson's say they have three members of staff at their National Workshop in Manchester who are trained in hand stitching. To access this service you need to take your handbag to one of Timpson's outlets and ask for it to be sent to the National Workshop in Manchester, for evaluation.

My straw poll of branches shows that the chaps are a bit reluctant to send things to the National Workshop (like asking for help / directions) but be firm and ask for your handbag to be sent for an evaluation of repairs at the National Workshop. I haven't tried it yet so if you do, keep us posted. Good luck!
