Mop that scrubs

Can anyone recommend a mop that also scrubs and is suitable for vinyl and laminate?

I can only find something with disposable pads and they disintegrate.

Could you use a stiff nylon broom to scrub first, and then mop afterwards? That's what I used to do on my quarry tile floor.

I could I suppose, I am just lazy and wondered if anyone knew of a wonder mop with a scrubby attachment!
