I can't recommend this enough. It was a tenner from Lakeland and I have just used to to roll out pastry to make a blueberry pie and mince pies and it is so nice not to have to keep tipping flour all over the counter to stop the pastry sticking.

Shame I burnt my fingers and hand getting the pie out of the oven though.

Does it really not need any flour on it at all? Or just a little?

I wouldn't as I don't have anyone to give it too who would use it but I would have loved to have got it as a present.
