Hi - we have a hoover condensing tumble dryer(hnc382) that is about 2.5 years old. It has suddenly stopped working. Essentially the drum and fan will not turn around even though it makes a lot of noise when we start it. I have taken the top off and can spin the drum a little and then it starts, but wont start on its own.
We have cleaned all filters etc, so not that causing a problem.
Any ideas as to the possible issue?
