we have clean beds, and all have new jammies too.

dreamingofawhitexmasteamgirl · 24/12/2009 11:49

Clean beds, but the jammies will have to wait as they are wrapped up. Wish I had thought of not wrapping tho to be honest. New jim jams for Christmas Eve is a lovely idea- have to buy them for me as well as DS next year.

FuriousGeorge · 24/12/2009 11:49

No,I'm doing all ours, without benefit of a tumbledryer too.

SixtyFootDoll · 24/12/2009 12:16

I usually put white bedlinen on just for xmas - but we are going away so haven't bothered this year.

IDontLikeDisciples · 24/12/2009 12:19

We always have clean pjs wrapped up with a 'special' bauble for the tree.

hohoholepew · 24/12/2009 12:31

The DDs are getting new sets (Dr Who and Hello Kitty ) for Christmas so I'll have to change them tomorrow.

imnotaceleb · 24/12/2009 12:36

I am cleaning everything today and DH and DC's are actually helping

Although DS2 just complained that I am on my laptop and not helping - cheeky sod!!

I have been going since 9am, so think I deserve a little rest

FolornHope · 24/12/2009 12:39

KitchenKate · 24/12/2009 13:02

Changing the bedding is one thing I have done!

I really want to clean the house for tomorrow but am still in work - booooo. Dread to think what state its in as the kitten of mass destruction has already pulled the tree over three times and the carpet was littered with baubles and plastic pine needles last time I looked.

Maybe a Christmas fairy will have done it for me...

GColdtimer · 24/12/2009 13:13

Me too, I really don't know why but it HAS to be done!

Cybilswearingtrousers · 24/12/2009 13:16

I have to have clean sofa cushions

WideWebWitch · 24/12/2009 13:17

Omg, this sounds like just yet ANOTHER thing to do. No, no no! Women, free yourselves from the tyranny of Christmas 'traditions' that just mean extra work!

(our sheets are changed every week by the cleaner, good enough for me)

Cybilswearingtrousers · 24/12/2009 13:17

My sofa looked sooo skanky next to my pretty tree, I just had to do it

MrsWeasley · 24/12/2009 13:18

Off to do my beds in a while!

ChilloHippi · 24/12/2009 13:22

Clean beds here tonight too.

SixtyFootDoll · 24/12/2009 13:37

God WWW if only I had a cleaner too!
